Ordering, delivery & returns

Straightforward answers about how buying from Cworld Rugs & Carpets works.

Ordering & payment

You can order through this website, on WhatsApp, by phone, by email, or by visiting our workshop.
No payment is taken on the website. After you place an order we contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the details, delivery date and total.
We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo and Airtel Money), bank transfer and cash on delivery. Payment details are shared when we confirm your order.
Every order gets a reference number (for example CW-260926-ABCD). Please quote it whenever you contact us.

Ready-made and custom rugs are produced in a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 2 weeks, depending on size and design.
Delivery is free on orders of UGX 1,000,000 or more. Smaller orders have a flat delivery fee of UGX 50,000.
Delivery outside our usual service areas may be arranged on request; we will confirm any extra cost before dispatch.

Ready-made rugs can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition.
Custom rugs are made to your specifications, so we agree the design with you before production. If a custom rug does not match the approved design, contact us and we will put it right.

Ready-made rugs carry a 2-year quality warranty. Custom rugs carry a 1-year warranty.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, stains, or damage from misuse. Follow the care instructions on each product page to keep your rug looking its best.

We only use the details you give us (name, phone, email, address) to process your order, booking or enquiry and to contact you about it.
We never sell your information. To have your details removed, contact us.
